This mentorship is application-based.

Queen Mother Mentorship is not automatically available to everyone who purchases a membership. This is a personal teaching relationship, and the Queen Mother reserves the right to determine whether the mentorship is an appropriate fit.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

You may apply for Queen Mother Mentorship if you:

• Are an adult Goddess ready for serious Hoodoo study

• Are willing to commit to consistent learning and practice

• Respect the teacher-student relationship

• Are willing to receive correction and instruction

• Understand that Hoodoo is a practice that requires responsibility

• Are willing to maintain confidentiality around private teachings

• Are comfortable participating in readings and spiritual conversations

• Are prepared to complete assignments and practice between sessions

• Respect the boundaries and schedule of the Queen Mother

• Are interested in developing your own spiritual discernment rather than becoming dependent on your mentor

PRIOR HAUS EXPERIENCE

Priority may be given to Goddesses who have already participated in Black Girl Conjure classes, the Black Girl Coven, Haus programs, or other BGC educational experiences.

However, previous enrollment does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

Every mentorship application is reviewed individually.

This is for the Goddess who wants a deeply involved, ongoing relationship with her Queen Mother.

• Multiple private teaching sessions

• Personal readings

ON-CALL ACCESS

Your membership level determines your access to the Queen Mother.

On-call access does not mean unlimited 24/7 availability.

You will receive your specific communication hours and response expectations when you are accepted into the program.

The Queen Mother may be contacted during designated on-call hours for mentorship-related questions, readings, ritual guidance, and situations requiring timely spiritual guidance.

Non-emergency questions may be answered during regular mentorship hours.

Medical, legal, mental-health, and other emergencies should always be directed to the appropriate professional or emergency service.

MONTHLY IN-PERSON VISIT

Every mentorship level includes one scheduled in-person visit each month.

The visit is part of your membership and is designed to make the mentorship genuinely hands-on.

Depending on your individual needs, the visit may involve:

Transportation is included within the Queen Mother's designated service area.

Locations outside that service area require approval before enrollment and may require additional travel arrangements.

Your mentorship may incorporate products from Black Girl Conjure as part of your spiritual education.

The purpose is not simply to sell you products.

You will learn the work behind the products.

Depending on your mentorship, you may work with:

Products are included only when specifically stated in your membership agreement. Otherwise, products are purchased separately.

ACCEPTANCE INTO MENTORSHIP

After submitting an application, the Queen Mother will review:

Your experience.
Your goals.
Your readiness.
Your expectations.
Your location.
Your ability to commit to the program.

If accepted, you will receive your mentorship terms, payment information, communication expectations, monthly visit scheduling information, and boundaries before beginning.

Acceptance is not based solely on payment.

This is a personal mentorship relationship, and the Queen Mother must believe the relationship is appropriate for both the student and the teacher.
