Container Conjure BUNDLE
Subject: October Enrollment Is Open — Container Conjure 103 🖤
Preheader: Hoodoo Heritage Month brings sweetening jars, sour jars, mojo bags, and four weeks of hands-on container work.
Grand Rising, Goddesses,
October is Hoodoo Heritage Month, and we are moving into Month III of the Black Girl Conjure Coven curriculum.
Month I gave us THE WORD through Petition Writing. Month II brought us THE FIRE through Hoodoo Candle Work. In October, we learn how to give that work somewhere to live.
THE VESSEL.
BLACK GIRL CONJURE: CONTAINER CONJURE 103
Jars • Bottles • Bags • Traditional Hoodoo Container Work
This month is centered around traditional container conjure, with our deepest study focused on Sweetening Jars and Sour Jars.
I do not want you spending four weeks memorizing somebody else's jar recipe. I want you to understand how a worker makes decisions.
Why are you choosing this vessel? What belongs in the petition? Why was one root selected instead of another? Does the condition need to be sweetened, soured, contained, or handled another way? How should the work be prayed over and fed? Where should it be kept? When is it finished? What happens to the vessel afterward?
By the end of October, the goal is for you to understand the construction of the work—not simply how to copy it.
Our first 90-minute class covers the Foundations of Container Conjure. We will break down vessels, petitions, personal concerns, herbs, roots, curios, oils, prayer, candle work, placement, feeding, maintenance, and disposal. You will begin learning how to examine a condition before deciding which type of container work belongs to it.
Week II is our Sweetening Jar Intensive. For the full 90 minutes, we will study sweetening agents, petition construction, botanicals, layering, dressing, candle work, feeding the jar, maintaining it, and identifying exactly what you intend to sweeten. Our featured dressing oil for this work is Sweetest Taboo — Come to Me Oil by Black Girl Conjure.
Week III is the Sour Jar Intensive. This 90-minute class turns us toward souring, separation, and containment. We will study the petition, ingredients, candle work, placement, and maintenance, along with when this kind of work is appropriate and when it is not. Your October box will include a small dram of I Said What I Said for this portion of the course.
Week IV takes us beyond glass and into Mojo Bags & Carrying the Work. We will construct a Money Mojo Bag and study traditional roots and botanicals including High John, Devil's Shoestring, and Five-Finger Grass. Your box will contain a small dram of I Got Your Money for the money mojo work.
All four LIVE classes are 90 minutes.
YOUR OCTOBER CONTAINER CONJURE BOX
Your required box provides the core materials we will use together throughout the month.
Inside will be your first working jar, mojo bags, petition materials, High John, Devil's Shoestring, Five-Finger Grass, working candles, a dram of I Said What I Said, a dram of I Got Your Money, and additional container-working supplies.
October Goddesses will also receive a small commemorative Hoodoo Heritage Month gift from the Haus.
I'm keeping that part a surprise. 🖤
You'll see it when you open your box.
There are a few things you are responsible for purchasing separately: two additional jars, a full-size Sweetest Taboo — Come to Me Oil, and full-size Florida Water.
You should also keep and bring the chime candle holder from your September Hoodoo Candle Work box. If you need another one, replacement chime holders will be available through the Botanica. Florida Water and additional working supplies are also being added to the shop.
You may source appropriate general supplies elsewhere, including Amazon, but whenever possible, please support Black businesses—and support the Haus teaching and supplying your work.
OUR OCTOBER BOOK IS NOW IN THE BGC BOTANICA
Our required reading is:
Container Conjure: Crafting Magic with Jars, Bottles, Bags & More

You will not have to hunt for your copy if you would rather purchase everything through the Haus. Black Girl Conjure is carrying the required book in the Botanica.
The BGC price is $20.96.
The book is sold separately from the $102.60 Container Conjure 103 enrollment bundle, so order your copy early enough to have it available for your October studies.
That means you can come to the Botanica for your enrollment, required box, required book, Sweetest Taboo Oil, Florida Water, replacement supplies, and other Botanica needs.

You will also continue receiving your Coven Botanica benefit:

October is more than our third module. It is Hoodoo Heritage Month.
We are studying what our people preserved, what they carried, what they prayed over, what they kept hidden, and what they learned to make work with their own hands.
You learned how to write the petition.
You are learning how to command the flame.
Now you will learn how to build the vessel that carries the work.
THE WORD.
THE FIRE.
THE VESSEL.
Welcome to Container Conjure 103.
